#SCI E PROGRAM CODE#
A child's zip code should not determine their STEM literacy and educational options. We must also make sure that, no matter where children live, they have access to quality learning environments. If we want a nation where our future leaders, neighbors, and workers can understand and solve some of the complex challenges of today and tomorrow, and to meet the demands of the dynamic and evolving workforce, building students' skills, content knowledge, and literacy in STEM fields is essential. These are the kinds of skills that students develop in science, technology, engineering, and math, including computer science-disciplines collectively known as STEM/CS.
#SCI E PROGRAM HOW TO#
In an ever-changing, increasingly complex world, it's more important than ever that our nation's youth are prepared to bring knowledge and skills to solve problems, make sense of information, and know how to gather and evaluate evidence to make decisions. FRONT LOADED TECHNICAL COURSES Course schedule sequences are designed for students to first complete primarily technical courses, not general eds, so that they can pursue entry level employment in technical fields to gain experience while pursuing their degree.Examples of the Department's discretionary grants that can support STEM.EVENING CLASSES Classes generally begin after 5pm to allow students to attend to other responsibilities throughout the daytime. How? Courses are scheduled to be continuous with no summer breaks. ACCELERATED The program can be completed between two to three years.
program is challenging, developed for career driven individuals, and scheduled with flexibility in mind. program is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The program is intended for students seeking to build a strong engineering foundation from the ground up, beginning from fundamental digital and analog circuity concepts to advanced electronic system design.
#SCI E PROGRAM SOFTWARE#
Among the topics in the curriculum are industrial electronics, software applications, biomedical electronics, and electronics system design. The Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering (B.S.E.E.) program covers a variety of concepts in the electronic engineering discipline. Electronic Engineers are employed in many industries such as manufacturing, research, business, communications, government, healthcare, commercial and other sectors. Through the use of mathematics and engineering acumen, digital and analog components are assembled to create modular systems that integrate together to form complex devices from TV's to medical imaging equipment. Bachelor of Science Electronic Engineering (B.S.E.E.) DegreeĮlectronic engineering is an applied science that examines the use of electronic components to design electronic systems (such as circuits and microcontrollers) utilized in various applications, including analog/digital electronics, consumer electronics, embedded systems, biomedical electronics and many others.
